   Frontfree Technology Network (www.frontfree.net) is a computer technology website. Our goal is to extend the programming technology communicating and accelerate the programmers' technical skill level improving, and many fans with good technical skill have joined in our organization and worked for this goal (30-40 stuffs). By now, Frontfree Technology Network has become one of the best university technology organizations in china.

   Frontfree Technology Network was founded at April 2001, by now (May 17 2005), the total count of page views is 5 275 231, with 1 986 363 different IPs, and over 10 000 page view per day in these days. Our website has over 20 000 registered members around the world. The index page of the website has been ranked for 5 by Google. We also have wide cooperating relationship with many big technology websites.

   The components of the Frontfree Technology Network include news center, articles center, download center, contests center, and technology forum and so on. The articles in the articles center are the spirit of our website. There are several hundreds of articles on many aspects of computer technology in that section. Most of the articles are written by the members of the Frontfree Technology Network. Both freshmen and superiors can find articles fit for them there. The main function of the download center is providing the courseware and teaching materials for the students in our school. And the contests center is a newly-built section which is making more and more students start concerning about the international competitions just like Microsoft Imagine Cup, ACM, and so on.

   Besides constructing and updating Frontfree Technology Network site, we also do a lot of real projects.    For many times, teams founded by Frontfree Technology Network have participated in the "Imagine Cup" competition which is held by Microsoft and won the prizes. In Imagine Cup 2003, team Frontfree got the 3rd prize in China; In Imagine Cup 2004, Team Frontfree ( Frontfree_Studio ) won the world championship of the rendering subject; In 2005, we have founded two teams to participate in the software design and rendering subject of the Imagine Cup, and one of them, the team "Frontfree Studio_MISG" has won the 1st prize in China, and is going to go to Yokohama, Japan together with teams from other countries to participate in the final round of the competition.
